“Good value compared to the cruise line. My only complaint is that we did the optional tickets into Academia and the Leaning Tower. Both of which they gave us tickets with over an hour wait. At Academia, they were running behind so by the time we got out it was straight on to Pisa. I would have thought that they could plan it better to where you could get into those sites and not stand in line so long.”

The worst part, though, after getting back almost 2 hours after our scheduled time, was when the driver informed us that he couldn’t deliver us to our cruise ship (despite that being promised on our tickets) because his bus was too big. So we spent yet another hour trying to get from downtown to our cruise ship, not covered by Viator.…”

“They did not make the change of pickup per phone and was told the change was made but was not and was charged for full amount even though they could not fulfill the transfer. Not happy working with them.”

One note: would have loved to know stores close in Lucca in the afternoon…. I had waited to shop for the walk back to the bus and missed out on all kinds of treasures.”

“We went on a day of flash flooding which was no fault of the tour company. We stayed on the bus for the whole tour round twice one after the other The driver was very good and coped with the flooded roads without panicking. he reversed the bus when the road was flooded to get through with ease and calm. We would like to go back to Livorno and do the bus tour again as it looked so nice down by the sea front and go on the funicular railway hopefully without the rain.”
